How tutoring works
Arrange a free introductory meeting
Tell us the student’s subject, level, exam board and the topics they need help with. The free meeting is a chance to discuss their goals and ask questions before arranging lessons.
Agree a schedule
Choose lesson times that work for the student and agree the booking arrangements. Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Arrange lesson credits
Buy lesson credits in advance. They never expire and are transferable, so unused credits remain available if plans change. We’ll explain the rate and how credits are used before you pay.
Join an interactive online lesson
The tutor and student work through questions together on a shared whiteboard. The student solves problems, explains their thinking and gets feedback in real time.
Receive the lesson report
After every lesson, receive a report covering the topics taught, the student’s progress and the recommended next steps.
